Michal Machat, borned in August 14, 1963 Prague. Graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts, the glass studio, the professors of S. Libensky, J. Svoboda and V. Kopecký(1984-1990). As a lecturer, he worked at the Glass School in Seattle (1992), and in the years 2000-2002 he lead the Department of Metallurgy at Secondary School of Applied Arts in Železný Brod.
