Yuliya Bokhan, a young Belarusian artist living and studying in the Czech Republic, deals with existential distress, the complexities of interpersonal relationships and the terrifying presence of war conflict in a unique way through her solo exhibition. In an immersive multimedia installation, the author synthesizes fragments of historicizing spiritual motifs and the visual noise of pop culture mass media into an impressive collage-like multi-layered audio-visual cacophony.
